If you were seen and/or had an operation with me while in the hospital or emergency room, there was a lot going on. You should have received a follow-up with me in your discharge packet.

That being said, there is a lot of paperwork when you are discharged.  If you have any questions or need to check on your follow-up appointment, please call the clinic.
